The BARN is exactly what was needed for our family and now can be a blessing for yours too. It is 11520 square feet divided into a 5760 square foot gymnasium, 2880 square foot game room, and 2880 square feet of luxury living area. We have a commercial size bouncy house that can be set up and used with the building for no extra cost. If requesting the bouncy house you must provide supervision. It is rated for 900 pounds.
There are TWO pickle ball courts, We have FULL court basketball with deluxe adjustable backboards AND regulation size full court volleyball.
We have one camper hookup next to the barn if needing to bring your own camper for extra guests. It is a 30 amp with water and sewer right there. There is an extra charge of $20.00 a night if bringing your camper. We want you to enjoy the place with your family but sometimes it is great to be able to go in your own space for peace and quiet.
The living area pictures are posted below. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge and room for 6 round tables that fit 8 people and 4 of the 8 foot rectangle tables that fit 10 each plus the huge dining room table that easily seats 12 people.
It can comfortably seat 95 people with room to walk around but is also wonderful for smaller groups.
The electric sectional couch is extremely comfortable and the with the two matching recliner chairs can seat a nice amount to watch sports games on the smart TV.
The children corner has plenty of toys and books for the younger guests.
The couch is a queen size hideabed. There are also temporary beds 4 FULL size memory foam mattresses if needed with plenty of space in this room for them. Please bring your OWN bedding for the memory foam mattresses. Sleeping bags work great. Pillows and pillow cases are available if you forget your pillow.
Need to do a little office work? We have a desk just for that.
The master bedroom has a 12 inch memory foam king size bed and is very comfortable.
In the master bedroom closet are 4 FULL size memory foam mattresses plus a pacNplay those can be set up in the living area for extra sleeping but please bring your own bedding for those. .
The master bath is just across the hall. That has a walk in shower with a seat, an extra tall toilet for those with joint replacements, 2 sinks and the vanity has USB ports. Plenty of extra bedding is stored in the large bathroom closet.
The hall opens to the gymnasium in that hallway are the stairs to go up to the game room. 
There are two more bathrooms, a girls bathroom with 2 stalls both with tall toilets, a double vanity two sinks and a shower.
The boys bathroom that has a toilet, urinal, sink and a shower.
The gym space has a regulation size volley ball court. The gym is 24 feet high, 80 feet long and 72 feet wide.
There is also full court basketball with adjustable rims and backboards on both ends.
The bouncy house can be set up between the pickle ball courts and not interfere with games of pickleball or volleyball.
The gym has plenty of room for more tables and chairs and still not take up any of the volley ball court. Pickle ball courts on either side of the volleyball net. The net can be taken down if desired.
We also have non sting dodge balls.
If more seating is needed the garage area can easily seat another 100 people.
The game room has a lot of fun games for all ages.
The game room has 4 memory foam folding chairs that lay flat to make 4 twin size mattresses OR put them together to make 2 queen size mattresses. These are 6 inches thick and very comfortable. Please bring your own bedding for these. Pillows are available if you forgot those.
There are also 2 other twin size memory foam mattresses stored upstairs but bring your own bedding. The game room sleeps 8 people if using the couches.
The batting cage is a favorite with young and old.
The little kids love the basketball game and foosball.
